We visit your parents at home in Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, or nearby. We help with whatever they need — from a forgotten password to a suspicious email to setting up a video call so they can read bedtime stories to the grandkids. And we keep coming back, month after month, so problems get caught early and confidence keeps building.

The first visit

A one-hour in-home appointment. We audit devices, review accounts and passwords, walk through scam protection, and set up remote support tools so future help can happen by phone.

Ongoing care

Most families choose our Family Care Plan: one scheduled visit each month, remote support sessions, quick-question help by text and email, and priority booking.

Hello, I'm Naso.

I started Sipsis Tech Concierge after years of helping my own parents and grandparents with their tech — and watching how much calmer they felt when someone took the time to actually explain things.

Today I work with families across Halton and Hamilton who want their parents to feel confident, safe, and connected. I'm fully insured, background-checked, and I treat every home I visit with the patience and respect I'd want for my own family.

Common questions.

Who pays — me or my parent?

Either works. Many of our Family Care Plans are paid for by adult children as a gift, with the service delivered to the parent. We can set up billing whichever way works best for your family.

What if my parent isn't comfortable with someone new in the home?

That's normal. Most first visits include the adult child either in person or on the phone. We move at the pace your parent is comfortable with, every time.

Are you insured and background-checked?

Yes — $2 million liability insurance and a current Vulnerable Sector Police Check. References available on request.

What if we just need one visit?

That's fine. Single visits are $120/hour with a one-hour minimum. The first visit includes the in-home audit, password review, scam-protection walkthrough, printed binder, and remote support setup.

Do you work evenings or weekends?

Yes, with priority given to Family Care Plan members.
